Lori is a senior organization development consultant, coach, public speaker, and facilitator who has partnered with large corporations and small businesses to bring about change and improve performance. She has worked with executive teams, board members, mid-level leaders, and front-line employees, while driving them towards results.
Her consulting engagements have seen organizations bring about lasting, sustainable solutions that set clear direction, engage people, and achieve goals. Lori has coached leaders ranging from Supervisors to C-Suite executives, and has seen clients succeed by challenging them through powerful questioning and exploration. She is also a seasoned facilitator and has created and led engaging workshops, retreats, and conferences ranging from 5 to 500+ participants across many industries that foster both learning and action.
Lori holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Towson (State) University. She has also been an adjunct professor in Towson University’s Human Resources Development Masters program. Lori is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), holds several professional certifications, and is an active member and Board Member of the Organization Development Network.
Lori was born and raised in Edison, New Jersey, and has resided in Baltimore, Maryland since 1991. She is an avid traveler who has a passion for foreign cultures and has traveled extensively throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa. She also enjoys live music, Baltimore Ravens football, New Jersey Devils hockey, and is an all-around sports fanatic.
